Automate the first interview. ScreenPilot takes the notes.

Give every candidate a consistent first-round conversation without asking recruiters to repeat the same questions all day. ScreenPilot captures each answer as clear notes, ready for your team to review.

The hiring market is moving

AI hiring is already here. Candidate trust still matters.

Recruiting teams are getting real time back from AI, while candidates are asking for clearer boundaries. ScreenPilot is built for both: it runs the repeatable first conversation and leaves every hiring decision with people.

How it works

From first question to clear notes.

Scroll through the four simple steps.

  1. 01 · Choose

Start the way that feels easiest.

Bring a CV for more focused questions, or skip it and begin with a broad conversation.

  2. 02 · Talk

    Answer in your own words.

Pilot asks one question at a time and follows what you actually say—not a fixed script.

  3. 03 · Notes

Watch the important parts become notes.

Useful details are pulled into clear notes, always tied back to the answer they came from.

  4. 04 · Review

    The final call stays human.

ScreenPilot organizes the conversation. A person reviews the notes and makes every decision.

Your content stays inside this demo. Clear it when you are done; ScreenPilot does not build a candidate profile.

    Your privacy

    What happens to your information

ScreenPilot does not create an account or candidate profile. Structured demo notes stay in this browser tab for at most two hours and are removed when you choose Clear session.

    • A CV and its extracted text stay in memory only while preparing the screening. The original file is never uploaded or saved by ScreenPilot.
    • If you start without a CV, Pilot learns only from the answers you give during the conversation.
    • During the interview, an AI voice processes microphone audio for live transcription and responses. ScreenPilot does not record or save your audio.
    • The resulting notes are AI-organized for a person to review. ScreenPilot does not score candidates or make an automated hiring decision.
